How To Find Us
The Lifestyle Lift Seattle center is located in the John L. Scott Building on Main Street, just west of I-405 and 112th Ave Northeast in a brown, three-story building "Lifestyle Lift" on the top-right.
The center is less than one mile east of Downtown Park, Bellevue Square Mall, and the Bellevue Arts Museum. The center is through the main lobby, to the left with glass doors that read "Lifestyle Lift."

Dr. Peter F. Maurice III, MD
Dr. Maurice graduated with distinction from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned a master’s degree with honors at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He completed a General Surgery and Otolaryngology (head and neck surgery) residency at Georgetown University Hospital. After, he was selected for a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship in Albuquerque, N.M. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology.

Dr. David Santos, MD, FACS
Dr. Santos earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, and fulfilled his Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery residency in Oakland, Calif. He completed a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at Beeson Aesthetic Surgery Institute. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. In addition, Dr. Santos was selected by Lifestyle Lift as a Regional Medical Director for the Pacific and Mountain Regions.

Dr. Walter G. Rooney, MD
Dr. Rooney earned his medical degree near the top of his class from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He remained in Cincinnati for intensive training through General Surgery and Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery residencies, as well as a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, as well as the American Board of Otolaryngology, which includes a specialty in Facial Plastic Surgery.

Lifestyle Lift® offers surgical and non-surgical procedures performed under local anesthesia.
